FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1Do the dental clinics abroad have the latest technology?
Our partner dental clinics are equipped with the latest technologies, which mean a more precise and safer dental work, resulting in an aesthetic smile and durable treatment. Furthermore, they have a wide range of sub-specialties under one roof; and they also have on-site labs for efficient and fast processing of your dental works.
2Why does dental care costs so much less abroad?
Prices in Europe are heavily influenced by labor costs, administrative costs, and insurance contracts. This explains some of the cost benefits offered by countries with lower labor cost structures.
3What is the expertise of the dentists that will take care of me?
Our dentists have a long experience in oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry. The primary dentist of our partner clinic in Belgium has 20 years of experience in implantology and cosmetic dentistry, with various specializations in Italy, and Austria. He has the necessary accreditations to work as a certified dentist in Belgium and Sweden. In Belgium, he is also the opinion leader – dentist for a major Swiss dental implant company. All dentists of our partner clinics in Turkey, Romania and Albania have finished their dentistry studies in the US and Europe. Most of them have also completed specialization in restorative and cosmetic dentistry and have more than 15 years of experience in the field. Our dentists are fluent in both French and English.
4Where will I stay?
It is entirely up to you. If you prefer to choose your accommodation by yourselves, we can provide a list of local hotels that are close to the clinic. If you prefer an all-inclusive package, our partner clinics will handle everything from airport transfers and licensed tour guides to booking and confirming the best available hotels.
5Will I know before the dental treatment that I will receive abroad?
At your first visit at our clinic in Belgium, after a thorough clinical examination, you will be provided with complete information on: your overall dental health situation; the best solution fitting your case; the procedure to be followed and techniques available; time required to perform the procedure and dental work pricing in each of our partner dental clinics abroad. After deciding on your treatment plan, our advisor will then contact you to ensure that the treatment plan matches your requirements and to answer any questions you may have.
6How can I be sure that my dental procedures will be completed on time?
We define your treatment plan and have a timeline for completion of your procedure abroad upon your first consultation at our partner clinic in Belgium. This will take into account your travel time as well as the length of your stay in the country. Our partner clinic abroad will schedule your appointment in advance and will reserve the necessary time for you to ensure that dental procedures are completed on time.
7Is it necessary for me to travel again for post-surgery control?
NO! We save you from having to travel frequently. Our Belgian partner clinic handles the majority of the post-operative procedures since they have access to your file, and they have detailed information about the procedure and the materials used during the surgical phase. Furthermore, in order to extend the life of your dental work performed abroad, we provide you with an annual follow-up in our clinic in Belgium, which includes a full check-up and a panoramic dental X-ray.
